BizDin is a dining event coordination platform that helps professionals plan business meals. Features include guest preference collection, AI-powered restaurant recommendations, calendar integration, and social connections. The Service is currently in beta and features may change.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. AI Recommendations

Restaurant recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes. BizDin does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information including hours, pricing, availability, or dietary accommodation. Always verify details directly with the restaurant before booking.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. BizDin is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BizDin. You retain ownership of any content you submit (dining preferences, reviews, feedback).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BizDin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. BizDin is not responsible for any dining experiences, restaurant quality, or reservation outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
